Pixel Interactive Media, the leading independent online advertising sales network in Asia, which was listed on the AIM market in London since 2006 was privatized through a share buyback and cancellation. Netrove remains an investor in the company and continues to work closely with the management team.

Fifth Media Corp bought over the shares of Pixel Interactive Media in Pixel Fifth Media, a Vietnam JV between Fifth Media and Pixel Interactive. Simultaneously, Pixel Fifth Media undergoes a re-branding and re-positioning exercise under the name Fifth iMedia as a one-stop digital media marketing solution and services company in Vietnam. Fifth iMedia now has teams in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City serving clients in both cities.

Netrove invested in a start-up company which has a location based technology using mobile phones. Netrove is incubating this company by providing among others, sales and marketing, operations and financial support. The service is expected to be launched in 2011, starting in Malaysia.

Netrove invested in E-jia IT Network Co. Ltd, a Guangzhou-based tele-marketing and e-commerce market-place operator and brand owner for beauty related products in China.

Netrove invested in Gemtrax or “Jin Chang”, a leading MVAS service provider in the province of Guangdong, China that is focused on mobile and online games development and publishing. Gemtrax is managed by a group of mobile services and applications veterans.
